The current product is 3D Navigation and Holographic OP viewer which allows the trauma surgeon to track the instrument under visual control according to several landmarks in the preoperative plan for the long bones fracture treatment / mechanical, anatomical and a variety of joint axes & planes / using QR coded marker with adjusted single-use plastic trackable QR code adjusted and calibrated to the tool f.e. – drilling machine, sagittal or transverse osteotomy saw, drilling and protection sleeves, screw axes for all arts of extra and intraarticular fractures.
The Holoma transfers the plan and morphometric analysis of the fracture superimposed after exact matching with target bones. It is optimal, audit-compliant surgery preparation and audit-compliant holographic navigated live surgery.
A modern, intuitive user interface that takes the surgeon straight to the objective combined with the user-friendly connection to existing twins of the bone models. They are created at the company or at the hospital. Holoma is indispensable tool for the trauma surgeon day-to-day work.
Holoma for Trauma Surgery was developed in close collaboration with specialists in trauma surgery, and members of AO Community. Constant development and improvement of the process chain in trauma surgery is our core mission.
Holoma Trauma is an instrument for navigation in trauma, facilitating the repositioning and osteosynthesis, as well as bending of generic implants and surgery in the MIPO modality.
Holoma for Trauma Surgery provides an anatomical, holographic and interactive 3D view of segmented bone fragments, osteophytes, implants/ plates, screws, artificial joints, spinal implants/, bone–implant interfaces.
Clear superimposed anatomical 3D view of the fracture before reposition.
Clear presentation of the fracture.
Possibilities for straight generic plate bending according to the plan, 3D view of prebended or customized plate.
Clear presentation of the osteosynthesis /plates, screws, fracture fragments before and after reposition/ according to preoperative plan.
Clear measurements and important joint angles and mechanical and anatomical axis determination of the affected bone.
Rotation and alignment of implants.
Clear bone implants contact visualization.
Clear transparent view and improved visualization of the planned bone-implant interface.
Facilitated bending of generic implants during the surgery and MIPO placement.
Tracking and Navigation of the Surgical Tools (chisels, drilling and other cutting instruments).
Tracking and Navigation of the Implant Placement.
Digital documentation of the surgery.
